We are very grateful for the support of Westminster Council, in particular their fantastic events team.

Once again, we are delighted that our charity partner is The Connection at St Martin’s, which helps homeless people in the heart of Central London

Sonja Ashbury, Fundraising Officer at The Connection at St Martins-in-the-Fields says:
“Being the Charity partner of Embankment Summer Market is a fantastic opportunity for us to raise awareness and tell people about our work with rough sleepers in Westminster, the borough with the highest rates of homelessness in the UK (a quarter of rough sleepers are located here). We will be making sure our clients get the most out of this opportunity by displaying some art work and photography they have produced through the Centre, which is a massive confidence boost for them and a source of income for them too!”

Embankment Summer Market is part of the Northbank Summer Festival programme of events, which runs from 27th June to 29th July 2016. Further information can be found at https://thenorthbank.london
